State Senate candidate Marilyn Holleran speaks Aug. 2 on pressing issues for Florida voters

The Democratic candidate will address threats to women's health care rights, voting rights, the need for common-sense gun regulations, and more.

She is unopposed in the August primary and will face Republican Ingoglia in November to represent District 11, which includes all of Sumter, Hernando and Citrus counties, and a portion of Pasco County

The meeting will begin at 1 p.m. in the Washington/Jefferson room at Laurel Manor, 1985 Laurel Manor Drive.
